Who we are
Glazing Solutions UK is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889) and part of the S&K Group. We are based at Units 1–4 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG.
We arrange glass and glazing work for homeowners, landlords, managing agents and businesses: replacement glass and sealed units, safety glass, window and door repairs, new windows and doors, roof glazing, architectural glass and commercial glazing. One enquiry covers every type of job, and you deal with one company from the first call to the finished work.
How we work
- Measured before anything is made. A glazier surveys the opening and measures before glass, frames or panels are ordered.
- Written quotes. Your quote sets out the specification, the price and the guarantee terms. Nothing is ordered until you agree to it.
- Repair first where it makes sense. If a sealed unit, hinge or lock will fix the problem, we say so rather than quoting for new windows.
- Clear about the rules. Safety glass, building control notification and planning points are explained in plain English, and the rules differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Work is carried out by glaziers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which is the company your contract is with. Your written quote names the company, the specification and the guarantee terms that apply to your job.
