Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website and for the enquiries, chats and messages you send us is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG.
Glazing Solutions UK is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), part of the same group. It quotes for and carries out the work, and is the controller for your quote, contract and job records once you go ahead.

Our legitimate interests are replying to people who contact us, arranging surveys and quotes, keeping records of what was agreed, and keeping this website secure and working. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Who we share it with
- S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd and the glazier arranged for your job, so they can survey, quote and fit.
- Service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Google (Analytics, only with consent), Netlify (website hosting) and Meta (WhatsApp, if you message us there). Images and videos on this website are delivered from Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network, which receives your IP address so it can send the files to your browser.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.
International transfers
Some providers above process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and chats that do not lead to a job: 24 months from your last contact.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Customer records for completed work: 7 years, for guarantees and tax.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use the cookie settings button at the bottom of every page). Email info@glazingsolutionsuk.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
